Whole small mackerel, hand-selected and prepared at our factory in Moana, then preserved in our traditional escabeche, a handmade marinade of paprika and vinegar passed down through generations.
Mackerel is an oily fish valued for its distinctive flavour, firm flesh and naturally high nutritional value, and is a well-known source of omega-3 fatty acids.
