Atlantic sardines (Sardina pilchardus) from the Galician coast, prepared at our cannery in Moaña using traditional techniques that respect the natural flavour of the fish, then covered in olive oil.
Sardines are naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and essential nutrients, including vitamin D and vitamin B12.
