Description
Garfish is an oily fish with firm flesh and an intense flavour, caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the autumn and winter months. Each piece is carefully selected and packed by hand at our facilities in Moana, preserving its firm texture and authentic flavour, then covered in olive oil.
Like other oily fish, garfish is a source of omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality protein.
