6. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

On receiving an order, it is important to check the goods and note any anomaly on the delivery note.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification. Over the following days the courier will attempt delivery again. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to origin.
Likewise, CONSERVAS RÍAS BAIXAS 1907 SL accepts no liability for delays due to causes of force majeure not attributable to our company, such as: absence of the recipient, incorrect contact telephone number or inability to make contact, bad weather, local holidays at the destination, strikes, holiday periods, stock shortages, etc.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched that same afternoon, where possible, or the following day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery time is between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the destination. These delivery times may vary slightly if the order coincides with weekends, national or local public holidays, or holiday periods.

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current law, the buyer has a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase. To do so, they must contact us by email at crodriguez@conservasriasbaixas.com or by calling Customer Service on 986 300 152 within 24 hours of the order being delivered.
The customer may return the goods purchased provided that the products have not been opened or used, and retain their seal intact and original packaging. A copy of the delivery note and proof of purchase must be included.
Shipping costs arising from the return shall be borne by the buyer. Once the 14-day period has elapsed, CONSERVAS RÍAS BAIXAS 1907 SL will not accept returns on withdrawal of product purchases.
9. REFUNDS
CONSERVAS RIAS BAIXAS 1907 SL will refund the purchase price of returned products, less shipping costs, using the same payment method originally used.
The buyer shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of defective or incorrect goods. In such cases, CONSERVAS RIAS BAIXAS 1907 SL will collect and replace the products (subject to stock availability), covering the costs of return and re-delivery.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
